I am growing strawberries and the leaves look like this. They grow next to healthy looking leaves. PH is kept between 5.75 and 6. And EC is about 10830 μS/cm.
Spider mite damage, for sure. Anecdotally, I’ve found strawberries to be susceptible to them.
I would spray them thoroughly with an insecticidal soap every few days for a couple of weeks.
