Over the summer my salvia buds were all dying prematurely before they get chance to bloom. Either a sickly purple or dried up before it gets color. Although no one responded to my reddit posts, I had suspected to be thrips because of the type of leaf damage and poop trails. I decided to try releasing ladybugs, and the results 2-3 weeks later have been very satisfying 😊 they’re a vibrant purple and blooming again. Some before and after pics.
