Today I’m showing you how I have planted many foliage plants in containers and how they are mingling together.

The dahlias are not ready yet but in some weeks I will show you have I use them between the foliage plants.

  11. Your container groupings are my absolute favorites and I've been putting together a much scaled down version in my garden these last few years, using mainly a variety of foliage with a few flowers mixed in. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful gardens with us and providing wonderful inspiration.

  12. This is a different theme. Most are small trees n plants, no flowers or bulbs? Anyway it will be pretty as fall coming in few months.
    Enjoyed the view as always.

  13. How long can you keep the Ninebark in the container and how large is the container? I have a Ninebark right now that is in a maple sap.bucket. But it is starting to show signs of stress.

  14. What a stunning variety of foliage plants. Thank you for showing us your working area, very well organised. Really looking forward to your display of Dahlia. Thank you Claus.

  15. Loved seeing the plants. I also get excited about texture and have to make myself buy annuals for more color. Hope to find some of those plants your highlighted, very nice colors.

  16. I have quite a few maples in pots and they are soo much fun to move around the garden. They add instant structure. I enjoy your tours.

  17. I too love foliage plants. So many colours and shapes. My garden in Ireland would look dull without them as the weather has not been kind to flowering plants. But my dahlias are coming along 🙏

  18. Thank you so much, Mr Dalby; once again, this was extremely beautiful and inspiring, and spread a little happiness, as far away as here in New Zealand where we have a cold, windy, wet Winter! Hurrah!

  19. Thank you for sharing your beautiful “garden” . I always wonder if certain shrubs would be happy in a pot, but you have proved they can. Can never have too many pots!
