A wealth of information. Thanks for not being stingy.
Best natural weedkiller I've found – sprinkle a good amount of salt onto your weeds then pour vinegar on top – over the next few weeks you'll notice them die back and shrivel. Re-apply later in the season. Cheap and effective!
I use aluminum soda cans just cut top & bottom off and cut disired size for tags engrave plant name on with a nail & just pop it in the ground or use hole punch so you can tie a bread tie and tie on low branch or on stake
Wonderful tips. Thank you. Did you know you can make your own natural washing up liquid with English Ivy. Most people boil it. But I blend and sieve it. It's a great washing liquid for clothes etc too. I love it.
Great Hacks! Thank you!
Ben, buy, or find one of the venition blinds with the 1" plastic veins and cut them to size for garden/plant markers. Use a paint pen to make writing last longer.

I have a fairly large ground cover of wild violets in a shady spot. In fall, I broadcast sow daikon radish. In spring, when the violets bloom, the radish are about to bloom. Very pretty white flowers above a lush carpet of green.
This cinnamon-honey tip was brilliant. Will try it out 👍🌻🌻🌻
💚Brilliant💚
In the uk, what dish soaps are safe for plants and wildlife? Is there anything available at supermarkets that is good?
Hi Ben! Great advice, as always. 🙂 What kind-of rain barrel was that in the video? (The one you have.) I'm in the U.S. so I'm not sure if I can get it here, but I figured it didn't hurt to try. Thank you!
Loved the idea of toilet roll pots… I would have never thought of that and will definitely be using it from now on.
Such smart and useful tips. Thank you
you should take a break
Thanks so much 🌿💚
Your channel is starting to grow on me😁🤣
I was wondering how well making a green house out of melted milk jugs made into a 2×4 would work as sourcing building materials for the frame?
The muffin tin trick is clever, if you dont have one i bet you could also use ice cube trays
A great video.Thank you for your cheerful delivery.I ask all my Friends for their egg shells and crush and use them constantly in my compost and also the dried yeast and sugar mix to add to the watering can when growing tomatoes and cucumbers for the best trunks and growth I've ever seen. 🥂
I don't like the idea of using plastic based sponges in the bottom of pots or repurposing plastic for plant labels. We should try not to introduce more plastics into the environment as they break down into micro contaminants in the soil. Gardens could be a good area to protect from plastic contamination rather than adding it.
