“Curb appeal” should work both ways, so it’s as pretty or even prettier looking towards the curb as from the curb.
ADDING:
His methods can work for any area, just change the species to appropriate ones. I did this sort of thing in AZ deserts using gravel instead of grasses (it’s the dominant groundcover) and desert natives.
