  1. Thank you Broke Farmer for the tips. That “old cabbage” will you pull it out or just pull off the bad leaves and let it continue growing?

  2. Also, if my cabbage has those white flies, should I pull those and discard those? Can the white flies be washed off and leaves still be eaten? Thx!

  3. When you said, “My plants always look thirsty to me!” I knew we were internet cousins! 😂 Thanks for the tips.

  4. Hey Broke! Awesome tips on starting a fall garden. Especially for the beginner gardeners.
    As always, thanks for sharing!😊

  5. Zone 8A… I will mostly grow the same stuff as spring this fall. Need to see the difference the weather makes. Adding some new raised beds this week to try new stuff.

  6. What part of georgia you are from. I live in metro Atlanta area and I just harvest my last cucumber and I just clean my garden out now I just planted some collards and some turnips and Detroit deep red beets. I planted some more tomatoes but they are inside my garage and I planted my potatoes also HAPPY GARDENING 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏I soak my seeds before I plant them.

  7. Adding fresh compost is one of the greatest tips that I've gotten from you Broke! That one tip has done wonders in my garden!!! Thank you!!!

  8. Love your passion for gardening, Broke Farmer! When growing greens, and brassicas, to keep the bugs and pests away, I hoop the beds and cover them with Tulle fabric from Joann's or Hobby Lobby. Watering and fertilizing is easy through the tulle without having to remove it, and you have healthy beautiful, leafy growth without all of the pest destruction! I encourage you to try it out! In the fall, just before the first frost, I cover the beds with a clear heavy plastic to extend the growing season so the hooped beds act like a hot house environment, and continue to grow.

  9. The moment you said “I am an overwaterer. My plants always look thirsty to me” I became a fan

  10. I just started gardening and I have been making so many mistakes. I am not going to give up though, I learned a lot from these videos.

  11. These were great tips. I always wait too long to drop the seeds. It’s going to be in the 100’s so I worry about them going to seed. Happy gardening.

  12. Hey 👋 hey 👋 King. Great tips. I appreciate you and the advice giving. I’m mostly growing in containers so I need to add more compost to the buckets.

  13. Oh, plant straight in the soil for fall plants because of the limited grow time. Noted. Thanks King
