Is it in semihydroponics or is it just a leca topping layer?
Ginkgos are temperate species, which means they need their winter rest in cool environment. As many other trees, they drop their leaves in fall and sprout new ones in spring. I believe your plant is starting to go dormant, so you need to overwinter it outdoors (if possible) or in cool place, common indoor temperatures will kill it for sure.
If you’re keeping it indoors then it will eventually die. Ginkos require outdoor year-round temperatures, fresh air, and a dormant winter period in order to really thrive and survive.
