If a rooster is problematic, lay it out. No need to put stress on the flock. Pluck the feathers on the right side of the neck and sever the jugular. Drain the blood into a bowl. Don’t cut the head, there won’t be proper drainage and it will be hard to pluck.

    What we do when we slaughter chicks is use a 2×4 and put it’s had on it it and pull up fast and stomp your foot down it kills tgem fast and the blood drains fast
