With our 2 years time in lovely California suburb house, we gradually transformed our backyard into a productive kitchen garden.     A half hour long video!?!? How exciting!! It's so lovely to watch your garden change over the seasons, and to see what you make with the produce you grow. I pickle red onion in rice vinegar all the time but hadn't thought to add soy sauce! I'm going to have to try that.
