Plant is in the room with a lot of inderect sunlight, no watering habit yet (since I just got it yesterday), the pot does have drainage.
I’m really bad with plants but really want to get into it, and I was told that Boston fern is good for beginners, but I absolutely don’t know what to do if the plant is infected

To add, I just realized that I might have panicked a bit too early, and this fluff can possibly be a natural part of the plant?

“pubescence” is the term for it, essentially plant hairs. Normal for your ferns to have. Google fern pubescence
