This like lots of sun and keep them in trays of distilled or RO water like you have it. I put mine in almost full sun outside and it’s going crazy. Gonna have to repot it soon.

Lil bit of a purpurea x flava looks like.
Give it lots of light, keep in in low mineral content water, and it will go crazy. You might even get some purple and red in those pitchers
