Damn lol they already look to be growing in straight concrete. Jokes aside probably go up to the wall and then an equal circular radius around the plant, then you can tease out the larger roots. You’ll lose some roots but they’ll be fine. Get them some big big containers tho If ur potting on

Great advice from both previous comments. Break up the roots in a circle at least 1 or 2 feet around the plant with the back side of a pick axe the dig out the cactus. You may lose some roots but it will recover fine. It shouldn’t be too difficult to get them out even with a bigger plant like this.

Also not PC, maybe a Pachanoi/Peru hybrid which can be difficult to tell apart. The source of purchase will tell you a lot about the ID. Nice looking plant!
