Not with standard methods. The only way this could work is with tissue culture and even then you’d have a hard time getting growth

I’m sorry I laughed out loud. I hope you saved some of the seeds inside because that’s the only way to get more of those delicious tomatoes! Maybe ask the friend to save you some if they get another one.
