If you see grey fuzz on the backs of the leaves it is spider mites. You can treat them with an alcohol soaked rag or cotton ball, but it takes a lot of cleanings to kill them all.

What I’d do: Spray off entire plant with a strong blast of water, completely replace soil, add systemic granules to the soil, and spray whole plant with insecticidal spray. Spray it with insecticidal soap 2-3x a week for a couple weeks. Systemics will make the entire plant poisonous to pests, except spider mites but those are easy to get rid of with regular spraying/cleaning

Some of this looks like thrip damage.. good luck. Some also looks to be a watering issue.

Is this kind of like a type of head lice? Like is it similar to that cause head lice or a fucking nightmare to get rid of is that what it’s like?
