  1. I have only bought 2 new plants this summer which is unheard of from the last few years. Its so much easier to care for 2 new plants then 5 new plants!! Thanks for you great tips, always!

  2. Pruning is healthy for plants. I have turned one Tradescantia in to 4 plants. My monstera has been trimmed and rooted for friends to enjoy.

  3. This feels like permission to remove leaves that are not aesthetically pleasing 🙂 and I'm not sure why I felt like I needed that permission, haha.

  4. Not even a minture in and this video is giving me mad anxiety 😒especially since that poor Anthurium did nothing wrong and it already takes alot to have an anthurium cooperate. My solution for the Rigosum or however you spell it……turn the planter 🤷🏻‍♀️ im a ehhhhh problem solved kinda person. Work smarter not harder lol.

Also cant relate the whole following what other people do. Im more into making my own statement and standing out. I also ditched fb and IG in 2020 because everything is such a pissing contest . Everyone is too busy trying to keep up with the next person and thats too chaotic for me.

  5. Ive gotten to the point where sometimes I’m too tired to really care for my plants and I used to have close to like 100 and I’m down to 20-30 Bcz that’s just easier to maintain and it’s also helped me realize my strong suits as a plant mother and even still rn I feel like I need to sell a couple more Bcz a lot of my plants have been neglected unfortunately 😅 I love the growth girl

  6. I really love this video! I’ve been sad about depression downsizing and not having the same collection I had before. But it’s so true that you can have plants that hat make more of an impact when you have fewer! 🙂

  7. I’m so glad you popped up on my suggested videos! I’ve missed your content, and swear we share thoughts sometimes lol😅 I’ve just paired down quite a bit of my collection to make it easier to care for and make the plants I do have seem more like statement pieces.

I also have to plan where my plants go very carefully due to lighting, and in the winter some areas that get decent light are super drafty 😣

  8. At my most I had 250 which was way too much for me. I could handle it but it was stressful and I got super burnt out. Now I have around 150 intentionally kept/collected and I'm so much happier !!

For me, I like my plant areas to be very plant filled and my non-plant areas to have none. I have a very all or nothing mentality for that. Or it could be that I have everything crowded within a few feet of my southwest facing windows 😂

  9. Yo what. I could never remove leaves to “look good” I personally don’t agree with this

  10. I love you!!! You are so beautiful, your face is glowing keep taking those vitamins.

That soil with the round balls looks stunning, it's just something about circles (360°) that I have grown to love and appreciate over the years… We live in a 3D circle bubble and God the Creator used the golden ratio to fashion each and every one of us. I will definitely keep you subscribed on my end on all notifications, hopefully until we both grow very old like grandmas and grandpas.

I personally was getting all into this type of stuff but I suck horribly at it so I went 100% artificial because all my plants were dying on me, to continue I would need more education and discipline and honestly I don't have the patience for that whatsoever… Plus Im poor so wouldn't be able to keep lights on everyday because I'm not the one paying for the utility bills as I live with my parents, or else I probably would but I'm afraid of the little bugs and small microscopic insects in the soil.

As a matter of fact, I brought some sand from the ocean and was eventually very itchy for a while but the symptoms have subsided and my family members said they were itchy as well but I think I figured out why. HAHAHA 🤣 😂 🤣

Until next time I will miss you. 😘

  11. I maxed out at 150 houseplants, I realized it was taking up my whole weekend to care for them. So now I'm giving away all the plants I'm not attached to, and only keeping the ones I absolutely love, which is very exciting and going well 😊 I think I'll keep around 75, and I'm doing more terrariums and succulents for easy maintenance!
