This is the biggest backyard makeover we have ever done! This backyard transformation went from a plain, boring blank slate to a backyard with almost every possible amenity! We built an addition off the back of the house that has heated floors, huge accordion style doors leading out to the pool patio, fireplace, and custom bar top. The pool has a huge paver patio surrounding the entire thing, and we even built a balcony off of the master bedroom with a bar underneath!

Looks great but, vinyl siding house, probably worth 250-300k, spending 300k on the backyard? Sounds like they sold their very very overpriced house in Charlotte and moved to NJ 😀

Fantastic work already being admired, and rightfully so, as a musician I love the selections you make. They don't exaggerate the visuals like some other time lapse videos, but aren't slow and dragging. They are perfect for the pace, and accentuate the quality of the work – I can imagine the music being played during a function at the houses.

The only issue with this transformation is the peach colored house next to "modern grey" backyard. The house looks tacky compared to the backyard.
This is my estimated cost, and I'm being conservative (with the rising cost of cement). I say $300k backyard built overall cost.
