I’m the plant doctor at work. My coworker tells me, “The plant in front of my desk is growing a tail! What do I do?!” 🤣


She was like “this lady said I can cut it.” I’m like “Yeah you can, but don’t cut it. I’m watching to see how long it gets.” 🤣 it will be a safety hazard soon. ⚠️ The aerial roots for the two small monsteras is coiled around the pots. I am not wanting to be the one responsible to take them home and repot 🥲

    Could you cut off the stem of the ones with long roots and just repot them as new plants?

    If you can, stick that root in a glass of water! That’s what they do in the wild. I do that with mine, but since it’s in my house, I use slightly stinky rain barrel water.
