Inplanted three cuttings of the same Motherplant two weeks back and its been adjusting quite Well, with each cutting putting out at least one leaf (the leaves on the right)
Sadly, only two of them show variegation and only little spots.
It gets bright indirect light, less then tep feet from a north facing window and gets watered every 7-10 days when the soil feels dry
I have a golden pothos about 3 feet from it and it has a similar problem, though it isnt that extrem
Any tips how to increase variegation on new leaves or just wait?

Variegated plants will revert if they’re not getting enough light. Only the green parts of the leaf photosynthesize, so in low light conditions where it needs to work harder for food it will become more green. In brighter light, it doesn’t need to work as hard, so it will develop more variegation – it’s kind of like the plant is putting on sunscreen.
