What is this mystery plant in the garden? Massachusetts
Plant appeared in vegetable garden, but unsure what it is or if it’s edible? Did not specifically plant this, but could have gotten mixed in some seed packets. Also unsure if this is a mature ‘pepper’ yet
The purple color is from an antioxidant chemical called anthocyanin. And these peppers are absolutely loaded! It’s great for human health and protects us from free radicals
