I just had a meltdown a few days ago when I was packing in groceries and tripped on the shoe pile. There were 3 pairs of Hey Dudes, 2 pairs of flip flops, 4 pairs of bogs and 3 pairs of cowboy boots. I only live with 3 people.

Well first, congratulations on making everyone take their shoes off.
Second, it looks like you need to build or get a proper shoe rack…and maybe a few boot dryers. I see no places to really put them

What I really love about this is that OP went through the trouble to make that shelf for shoes and yet there is not one shoe on it…no even their own! 😂…this is my porch too, made a box with lid for boots and not one boot is in it except the ones the kids grew out of and for some reason we still have them.

I feel your pain. I built a 4 tier shoe rack inside the entrance closet. My wife even put an ikea type rack next to the door for overflow. It’s a mess regardless lol! These days will pass and I honestly don’t look forward to the day I don’t have to clean up after them.
