A bit of background : This magnolia was damaged by frost 5 years ago and the main trunk died then. This was one of the sucker shoots. It survived and now turned into a tree. However it only adds 10inch in height over the last 2-3 years. It put out a good flush of display in May and now again. Is there something I need to correct for encouraging it to grow height? Thanks
