Ah try lard/tallow/duck fat – plant oils are v toxic, unfortunately 😞 you can watch Nina Teicholz if you’re interested, there’s corruption and fraud in academia in general and in nutrition science data, in particular. I’m also looking to get stainless steel, cast iron is heavy and my wrists are weaklings 😩 Weston A Price also is a great nutrition info source 🙂
