I love your garden and everything you do to it. you have great visions for what you want and for what is needed. As someone who does not have the training and knowledge that you have how would I create garden rooms? Do you start with a color scheme or with placement of let’s say the bushes and work off of that? I feel like my yard lacks the flow I’m wanting.

Hi Danielle, you've created a very inviting garden space with the new addition of the solar lights! I love them entwined at the ends in each of the obelisks. The solar lights look lovely! As I was watering my garden this morning, I wondered if it was time to bring in my amaryllis bulbs? You are the one who inspired me to try to bring my bulbs full circle, and not treat them as annuals. Can you give us a short video on how and when to proceed on putting our Amaryllis bulbs into dormacy? 🙏

Just when I thought more couldn't be done, you come up with new, major plans!
I have 2 questions: can your solar lights be turned off if you wish it? And do you have fireflies there? I ask the 2nd question as fireflies need darkness to be able to attract mates with their signaling. Where I am, they're largely active in early summer & we try to curb outdoor lighting to accommodate them. (Google for more info…) Much good luck in realizing your dream shed & plans!

We don't have electricity to our garden shed or backyard area, either, so the solar lights would certainly be the way to go. Thanks for the obelisk link. My husband commandeered my vintage metal tuteur for his tomato plant, so I didn't have one to grow mini-pumpkin vines on this year!
