I have had this tree for ages maybe over 2 years, and its never grown thicker, it doesn’t get enough sun i don’t know if its a good idea moving it but if you have any recommendations please because i would love to have more lemons the tree cant hold more that one haha, i spray it with home made citrice spray and soaked fruits and veggie water and it looks healthy

Powerfeed liquid fertilizer every two weeks seems to speed up growth on the trees I have, so worth trying that
