Also, it’s my First monstera so I am wondering what I should do to treat for pests (already did neem oil) and to start giving it a healthy nee life! Should I repot and separate right now or wait? It looks like there are several plants here. Thanks so much in advance!

A very thorough pest check/proactive treatment
Edit: you got that.
Next I’d likely be trading out the soil for something I know to be good for long term plant health
Usually you want to wait two or three weeks (even longer if you want) for it to acclimate so it doesn’t go into too much shock. I kept mine in a nursery pot for two years from the grocery store and it gave me five big separate plants from it lol. Probably not the best way but just from experience… it’s better to wait then to rush
Trans-pot that young’un into a happier pot, with some good tropical soil as mentioned above with the orchid soil and whatnot.
Could be wrong but I’d check again for thrips.
