More info: I have this plant that duplicates every few months. I potted this guy about a month ago and somehow it’s got mushrooms growing in it. What is the name of the plant and for extra points, what are the mushrooms?

Snake plant

Snake plant. The soil is too wet and staying too wet too long. Hence mushrooms. The mushrooms will not harm the plant but the poor soil and moisture will rot the roots. This type of succulent requires a pretty gritty mix of inorganic and organic material. Sand, silt, perlite.
Make sure you use a pot that has a drainage hole in the bottom. Water infrequently but when you do water it thoroughly so that the water runs out the bottom and then make sure it is not sitting in water after it drains. I think I haven’t watered mine in a month but I don’t remember because they literally thrive on neglect.

The fungi look like they could be Angels Bonnet
AtroposMortaMoirai
You’ll want r/mycology for the mushrooms, but they’re an indication that the pot is too big for that plant, it’s roots can’t establish quickly enough to use the amount of water the substrate contains so the organic matter is being broken down by mycelium. It doesn’t look like a common plant pot parasol but I’m not confident enough to identify little brown mushrooms.
Sanseviere really do duplicate at a rate when you give them a little room, I can’t get rid of the things fast enough.
