I think it’s time to repot this ‘Thai Constellation’ – each of the last two new leaves were coupled with a lower leaf yellowing, which is telling me that the current nutrient content of the soil can only support this number of leaves.

2️⃣ It’s fascinating that the plant chose to abort one of the middle leaves as opposed to the lowest (and oldest) leaf but as I recall, this leaf started getting the brown patches soon after it matured so the least productive leaf would have been that one.
