Hi, I’m new growing cucumbers but as I understand it (from veg-growing fb groups) they turn yellow when overripe. You ideally want to harvest as soon as the end (not attached to the vine) has rounded out, and in the morning or evening. It will be bitter eaten fresh, but might do alright in brine or pickled.
