Out of all the so-called Sumatran “toilet bowl” Nepenthes, the flared, alien-like peristomes of N. jacquelineae have always been my favorite. This particular clone [Gunung Gadang, BE-3093] has particularly rich coloration.

Always found jacquelineae cool! always been scared to try growing it though, it has that true-highlander reputation (along with most Sumatran highlanders)
