My pothos has some leaves that have damage/holes in them. Though it doesn’t seem to get much worse over time, and the majority or the leaves seem healthy enough.
pretty sure it’s just mechanical, especially pics 1-3. take a close look at the back of the leaves, especially where they join the stems. thrips are small, but you’ll usually be able to see any pests on those spots on the plant. they also generally leave little brown dots on the leaves that look like the insides have been sucked out.
