I also have a plant with seemingly the exact same pale yellow, bell shaped peppers. It was supposed to be a habanero pepper plant. There are a couple varieties I have found online that look like this. They all are supposed to ripen into red bell peppers. Mine have pretty much no flavor at all in the yellow stage.
But I don’t know for sure which type I have, or which type you have. What did you think you planted there?

You have a bona fide vintage 3.5″ floppy disc circa 1990 there. Unfortunately, half of reddit probably hasn’t even held one of these in person, so tricky to use for scale.

That type is best for making “stuffed paprika”. Minced meat, with a bit of rice stuffed in paprika cooked in rich tomato sauce (not ketschap).
Also used for salad, and many other dishes.

Slice the top and bottom off ( like ~ 4mm – 1/4in )Take out the seeds (keep those for next year)Cook some dessert rice – Risotto works or traditional rice will do tooIn a bowl combine ground veal & rice ( ~50/50)Add egg yolk, pepper, nutmeg, dried parsley and sweet paprika powder.Mix by hand.Fill the paprika – over the rim (1.5cm – 1/2 inch) put top of paprika on top( The cut off bottom goes into compost pile, it is cut off for 2 reasons:1/ Drain juices out of the meat2/ Stable footing so the don’t tumble over while cooking)
Put in oven (or BBQ) for ~40min 180C / ~360F – on the lower tray
Indulge in warm (creamy) tomato sauce – ENJOY.
