Did you grow in containers? This is my first time growing & I’m attempting to layer the vines in the soil .. I pulled the vines down and kind of coiled them in the pot and added another layer of soil every few weeks or so to hopefully increase my yield

Nice! How long from planting to harvest? I want to try next year. Great job!
Give them several weeks to really develop sweetness and flavor after harvest.

Those aren’t harvested human appendi, they’re sweet potatoes ya dingus!
To me, they look more like some pinkies thanks some baby birds. Congrats on you harvest and wish many more!
How did you decide when to pull them? I’ve got some in the garden, but am planning to leave them another month or two
