Either a hen of the woods type or an umbrella polypore

I’d go with Verbascum sp. – Maybe V. undulatum?

Arcaverium
Actually kinda looks like some type of Echeveria or similar succulent, with the dead leaves at the bottom and what looks like an old flower stalk if it’s from the plant in the front, hard to see if it’s from something else behind it.
Would be interesting to know if the leaves always look like this or if they’re dehydrated.
AngustifolaLavandula
It looks like an eastern cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis spathulata).

No clue but my guess is some sort of fungus?
It’s like 30 cm tall, feels like a thick sponge.
It bothers me
I love it!
