Okay, I found on of these on a stolen cutting, washed it off and isolated that cutting while propogating it.
But now I have a gang of them hanging out on another plant (philo) about a metre away. (I assume they strolled over?).
Thinking they are aphids? Are they?
How much of a pest and how to exterminate?

The look like aphids!
I had them on a plant and the process wasn’t too bad
Isolated the plant and mix a bit of dish soap with water and spray once a day until you don’t see them anymore. Good luck!!
