The usual suspects are watering and soil quality. You could pop it out of the pot so you can check the roots, trim off anything that has rot, and then repot with fresh soil (even into the same pot if the root ball still fits well). Water deeply and then wait until the top two inches are dry before watering again – check with your finger or a chopstick. I recently added a pole for mine and as it climbs the leaves are getting bigger. Yours looks a bit leggy too so pruning it back might encourage some better growth points.
