4′ diameter. The materials stacked 20-24″ tall. I wanted to stack it higher but ran out of clean materials. 24 hours in and Temps already hit 150f+ in the center, so I rotated the material into a new bin to avoid going over 160f.
Materials were roughly 25% fresh grass clippings, 25% old/brown grass clippings, 20% wood chips/sticks, 10% cardboard, 10% straw, 10% kitchen scraps.
I’m worried I didn’t add enough carbon. I may have used too much woody material to compensate for my lack of carbon. Possibly too much kitchen scraps as well. Any thoughts or advice on what i can do to improve?

Carbon is woody material. Brown stuff is carbon. It looks great!
