    Josie, taking on washing your bespoke wedding dress is commendable!!! What a great idea to use the bath. Probably a lot of the dark-ish water was from the workroom when the dress was created…anyway, brave girl you are! Since I was a teen, I always hand wash all my sweaters and linen dresses. How did the dress turn out? I am sure it was a success, and you know for sure no weird chemicals were used. I suggest that acid free paper be used when you pack the angel away. Happy life, my dear! XX
