Been learning how to garden with you. This will be my 4yr. I do all container gardening in my front yard. Have araised bed thst my son got me. Then he also made me a raised bucket holder that holds 10 buckets im disabled so the containers make it eadier on me. I thank God he led me to your channel. I have 17 containers around my porch an front yard when everything starts groeing it looks besutuful the neighbors call it my jungle an i pray over it have goid yeilds thanks to God. Ive grown lots of carrots in buckets I had one in a 20 gallon bucket I left and let go to seed every year and wanted to see how long it would live. It went 3 years and it bulged out of the soil. I kid you not its root got bigger than a softball of corse wouldnt be fit to eat but it looked cool.
Im VERY new to gardening. I cant even keep a cactus alive sadly. This is my first year in a house and I plan to begin my gardening journey now. My husband and our two kids and I live in a duplex and I am just this year growing carrots in a 5-gallon cloth bucket. I'm not allowed to grow anything in the soil around our apartment. So I've been container gardening since 2015
