There’s an old fence behind this that I’d like to replace. How do I get rid of all this?

This wall of green gives (some) nice privacy, but has collapsed large sections of an an ancient chain link fence. I want a good fence so we can get a dog someday. How would you clear this out? Seems like it’ll take forever with my weed trimmer and loppers… It’s *very* dense.
