Looks like scorched leaf edges to me, can be caused by many different scenarios- does the soil seem to be compacted? Has there been drought?
Could also be caused by herbicide application, too much fertilizer, nutrient deficiency, or potential disease. However, this doesn’t look like a disease to me. More likely not enough water with possibility of nutrient excess/deficiency.
Is this old growth or new growth where you are seeing the scorch?
