Mango tree, noticed some problems, is this a a disease?

Hello, first time posting here…
Noticed these symptoms on returning home after 6 years.

The growth, doesn’t affect all the fruits and leaves uniformly, it’s pleomorphic.

Any idea what it is and how to treat ?
