I don’t mind if I have to break my back shoveling… and jackhammering.
Hill is falling in and leaning against my deck support. The cement wall is about 3 feet high.
Get digging, and remove wall, it will quickly put imense preasure on wooden structure. Cause its gonna fall soon, when it does it will take 4×4 with it.

Take doen wall and replace with retaining wall bricks.

Could you take the wall down and regrade it into a gentle slope or use a few landscaping Timbers to build a shorter wall?

Is it possible to put additional support under the deck, in case the concrete wall takes the 4×4 down?

To me, that wall really doesn’t need to be there at all. Sledgehammer, a few cases of beer, grilled meats and friends should be able to get that wall out of there in a couple of hours. If you are worried about time, find a dealer and put meth in their beer. Other than that, should be a relatively easy fix
