  1. You go girl I love the dehydrator an i love t gf at ur doing alittle canning I love watching you on YouTube 💕

  2. Hello. The silicone covers that came with your dehydrator actually look like silicone mats that you can use to make fruit roll ups/ fruit leather in the dehydrator.

  3. I love how all your food preserves are coming along. All that stuff is exciting.😋 Thanks for sharing! 🍅🥒🌶

  4. Small batch canning I think is the best way to start anyway. So you can get ideas for what you like. Not everyone enjoys to eat the same thing. Also I think if you find the powder is sticky you can put the ground powder in your oven at the lowest temp to allow your spice to dry all the way, to reduce the stickiness or back in the dehydrator on this silicon mats so nothing falls thru.

  5. Inspired Asia! Thanks. I recently trimmed onion bulb greens to protect the neck(per MIGardener), so that I get a few more weeks in ground. But the exciting part is that I dehydrated those greens and ground them to make a powder. In the past, I would have cooked a handful and disposed of the rest. I am now more inspired to think differently…. a bit of preserving all season adds up. Thanks!😊

  6. Nice job Asia. The thai chillies can be hunt on a string and just put to hang in a dry place. They dry really well in their normal state if in a well ventilated place. Great work.

  7. I don't have a dehydrator, but nothing goes to waste…it gets canned, frozen, or cooked right away. I LOVE the greens on my bulb onions on sandwiches, soups, stir-fry or put in anything I would put regular onions in. I'm thinking of dehydrating in the oven next year.

  8. Look at that! Dehydrate, Can, Preserve. Always encouraged from watching Yellow Door…large space need not apply. I can spend more of my time rather than money to grow. Thank You for sharing.

  9. I'm with you on dehydrating your own seasonings. I like to dehydrate my bell peppers as well for soups. Really for anything you want it for. Even dehydrated tomatoes are good. The awesome thing about growing your own food…is you don't waste anything…lol You better go on and make room for more canned food because you're gonna want to start canning everything…lol tfs

  10. Asia, why would we make you feel bad girl? We literally love you to bits and pieces!😊❤

  11. This is for anybody in the comments and Asia if you know how to use it, let me know. How in the world do you use the head spacing tool??😢
