Listen up! Hear your garden. Is it healthy? On my morning walk yesterday I filmed the wild flower meadow at Kensington Palace. As well as being beautiful and full on flowers it was the nature it attracts and provides food and homes for that struck me with butterflies, bees, hover-flies and grasshoppers all flying, buzzing or chirping away and that was without really looking. The insects then attract the birds and the mammals and we have a wonderful healthy eco system going. If you have the space please consider a beautiful wildflower area and help the wildlife too!
