  1. Get a pill counting tray from your pharmacy or buy them on-line. These help you separate the seeds and are easier to pour from. One side has a flip up cover that you can move the seeds to, dump the chaff, then pour the seeds into the envelope. They are also handy for separating beads or small parts.
