Finally broke ground- foundation decision

So after agonizing forever about what kind of foundation to do for my 15×16 glass and wood greenhouse, I decided on putting it on a concrete slab.

I wanted to just have a gravel floor, as I read it was better for heat in the winter, and drainage.

I assumed it would be less expensive than concrete, but I was wrong. The fact that I would have needed some serious footers, if not a total underground wall, was making it a bit insane.

So, concrete it is. I may do some research about stone for trapping some heat, but I’m happy that the show is finally getting on the road.

It arrives tomorrow, but I don’t know how much I’ll be able to assemble it before the foundation is done (Saturday).

It looks a bit overwhelming from the diagrams. I hope it’s a little more self explanatory in real life lol.
