Sunday night confession… I’ve got a bit of a Philadelphus addiction. It could be the simplicity and purity of the flowers but it’s more likely the intoxicating scent. It reminds me of holidays. We have a saying in our family of ‘holiday air’. That’s the warm evening air in summer, perfumed by a mix of freshly cut grass, Philadelphus, Roses, Lilies or Jasmine that transports you to another place.
