  1. I don’t know what happened with my corn. I think I overcrowded mine. The pollen never really fell. Some were set back by geese eating the stalks. I’m ready to pull them out because it’s a definite fail. Tfs.

  2. I've never had any luck with corn. I've tried everything except the three sisters method. My neighbor uses that method and his corn is approx 8' tall and producing like crazy even in the shade. Of course he rubs it in my face (all in fun) when he's giving me one of his garden tours. And BTW, I enjoy your vids being posted in the am. Keep up the great work

  3. Thanks for sharing. I'd bet more sunlight would produce bigger plants and ears. I can see the stalks leaning toward the light, showing they're trying to get more of it.

  4. Bought some net material for cabbage haven't setup yet, lost my spring fever. Tomatoes looking yellow mixed up 10.10.10 & lime, already looking darker green.

  5. For corn I use the Square Foot Gardening process of 3 kernels per square foot. I usually have a decent harvest. The bed is 8×4.

  6. Another homestead channel I watch is Kajun Homestead. He plants the type of corn I did when I had my best corn ever. Was it the seeds G90 or the bees? Either way it worked. He has a great corn and plant video. He also shows some great organic pesticide and fertilizer he used as well. I'll try them on my plants next year.
