One night in the country and then back to town but it feels like the countryside here at Lord Burlington and William Kent’s incredible Chiswick House. It is one of my favourite places in the world! I particularly love the Ionic Temple in the Orange Tree Garden with its pond and concentric grass banks forming an amphitheater.
