I have had these plants for about 4-5 years, they get really green and tall, but only one plant produces 3 tiny berries. A few plants do this leaf curl near the top(see images), they are in direct sun and are watered every few days. Do I have a bug or a disease? To crowded possibly? I am located in southern Colorado.

They do look a bit crowded but mine are crowded right now and still producing berries.
I would try moving them to part shade. Wild raspberries grow at the edge of a forest.
